Refund & Returns Policy


You may want to cancel the purchase after you have placed your order. When you report this to us, you still have 14 days to return the product to us without giving a reason.

Below you will find our return rules:

  • Add a note to your order and write your name and order number on it.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned as our products are perishable goods.
  • If possible, we would like to receive the returned products in their original packaging.
  • For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
  • After we have received your return and the requirements have been met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to you within 14 days.

Additional return information

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.


It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it. We kindly request you to forward your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail. This can be done by e-mail, our chat or by regular mail. We will examine your complaint with the greatest care and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction!

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which is affiliated. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
